Our client is a very well-established and growing CPA firm out of Wisconsin and for over a decade now, they have been providing audit and advisory services to large companies in the manufacturing, distribution and business service sectors.
This includes accounting, tax, audit, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finances and advisory solutions.
This is a boutique firm with tremendous tenure and a really down to earth family of professionals.

This can be a HYBRID schedule out of their office just outside of Kaukauna, WI.
Responsibilities:
Gathering relevant tax-related information from the client to prepare accurate tax returns.
Analyzing tax regulations and monitoring industry trends.
Researching difficult tax issues and identifying solutions for clients.
Preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing client financial statements.
Leading fellow tax team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Networking and building relationships while attracting new clients and businesses to the firm.
Demonstrating superior client service skills, by assisting clients with business and tax planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field, Master's would be helpful.

years in public accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
)Strong understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
Commitment to flexibility in an always-changing profession.
Open and honest communication with the ability to execute written and oral presentation skills.
